We had a wonderful waitress who was very helpful since it was our first time. This place has such good food, and definitely enough options. They have everything from chicken nuggets for little ones, to full fish and sushi! We will definitely be coming here again, no complaints whatsoever! Little “hidden” gem in Madison Heights!!

Our waitress tonight was Happy Bird!! She was very pleasant and kind! This was an amazing first experience and I look forward to coming back with the kids!! Hot and Fresh!! We didn’t have to wait when items ran low either. The staff continuously refreshed the steam tables!!

Let’s start with how unsanitary this experience was. I understand restaurants can get busy, but there is no excuse for poor food safety. After a long day at work, the last thing anyone expects is to find what appeared to be an insect in MY food. When i called over my waitress to tell her that theres a bug fried into my shrimp she insisted that it was the chili sauce marinated into the shrimp. Then calls over a manager with another worker passing by ease dropping into the conversation and spoke in their language saying it is a bug. The best part of it all is the manager arguing back with me telling me " no no this is chili sauce" to me, I think he needed a pair of eyeglasses to see that it is a BUG. He goes to the kitchen and comes back apologizing saying it was. It completely ruined my meal and my appetite. I have eaten at many Japanese and Chinese restaurants and have never experienced anything like this. Cleanliness and food safety should always be a top priority, and unfortunately, Fuji Restaurant failed in that regard. Finding something like this in my food raises serious concerns about the kitchen’s sanitation standards. Which i think they do not give a .... because they eat

I had a wonderful time today at Fuji's Japanese buffet. The food and service is very good. The wait staff is very helpful and attentive. The waitress even brought my granddaughter Audree's a special dessert for her birthday 🎂. Thank you love this awesome place. ❤️

Awesome Buffet! One of the best I've ever been to. If you like sushi this is your place. Seafood is also quite abundant. Yummy desserts, food is fresh because the place is busy and it turns over quickly. Great table service. They also serve beer and cool mixed drinks. They are just off of John R south of 14 right by Target. Plenty of free parking.
